LECTURE
The rules of team building; the organizational context and its meaning for the functioning of the group; the group process; the analysis of the roles in the team; the phenomena which increase and decrease the efficiency of the group work; the techniques used in the process of team building; the effective communication in the team; the conditions of the effective cooperation; the constructive overcoming of the difficult situations; the role and tasks of the group leader, taking decisions by the group.
